Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
I am in favor of us using GPLv3 as our license. I feel like it fits well with our goals. We want Echelon to be open source and allow people to use this as a base to make something better, but it should remain open source.
I did look a bit into dual licensing for companies (AGPLv3 for normal use + commercial license for companies) but it is a more fragile setup since we would need to figure out how other open source contributions fit into this.
For this reason I prefer us to just be GPLv3 for now.
Seconded, I definitely agree, AGPLv3 feels a bit too aggressive imo.
