This contains the pipeline jobs for building windows, linux and android builds automatically on commit push.

This uses images from streigen/build-environments to do builds based on the environment needed. its debug builds for now

base scaffolding e0b915e7d0

oops forgot to tell it to use hetz fec1e0ee9c

added build commands for each target 301a6e289b

switch from gnu to msvc and xwin a07ff5c370

c flags to ignore icu duplicates, force dynamic b8471f3c12

-f for jniLibs removal so it does not error if no files exist there 0539b33f54

Just a small note, like we discussed we should probably look into pinning environments instead of using latest, we don't have to but it's worth researching further.
